Please join OVWA for a fascinating look at the intersection between poverty and victimization. Socioeconomic differences greatly impact a survivor’s access to resources and services while simultaneously impacting their ability to gain safety and recover from victimization. Attendees will leave understanding how living in poverty and victimization are connected; how victimization impacts persons living in poverty; how living in poverty impacts recovery from victimization; and will identify intersectional and holistic advocacy services that are essential to long-term recovery. This webinar is pre-approved for 3.5 CEU's from the State of Ohio CSWMFTB and OVWA training programs are pre-approved through both the Ohio Advocate Network and the National Advocate Credentialing Program.
