DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence: \nReady Set Go! will introduce new prevention professionals to violence prevention foundations\, including anti-oppression\, public health\, and best practices. While focused on introductory information\, this training is beneficial for all anti-sexual violence professionals to build skills and refresh knowledge about primary prevention and its integral role in ending sexual violence. The day will include time to network and practice skill-building and is open to OAESV members and non-members. \nIn-person at the Ohio Domestic Violence Network offices (174 E Long St.\, Columbus). \nThe last day to register is APRIL 29th 2026. \nThis event is offered by the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence. DESCRIPTION:Advocacy work is deeply meaningful yet often emotionally taxing. This webinar explores how organizations can recognize signs of stress\, burnout\, secondary traumatic stress\, and moral injury within their teams. Participants will examine the protective factors that support long‑term engagement in advocacy work and learn practical strategies to strengthen resilience at both the individual and collective levels. We will also highlight the essential role leadership plays in building resilient systems through supportive policies\, culture\, and supervision.
