SUMMARY:OVWA Webinar Wednesday: Organizational Resilience: Understanding Leadership’s Role in Creating Resilient Systems
DESCRIPTION:Advocacy work is deeply meaningful yet often emotionally taxing. This webinar explores how organizations can recognize signs of stress\, burnout\, secondary traumatic stress\, and moral injury within their teams. Participants will examine the protective factors that support long‑term engagement in advocacy work and learn practical strategies to strengthen resilience at both the individual and collective levels. We will also highlight the essential role leadership plays in building resilient systems through supportive policies\, culture\, and supervision.
