DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the Ohio Domestic Violence Network\nCome and join Sonia Ferencik at ODVN’s annual in-person retreat at Highbanks MetroParks. Advocates will immerse themselves in guided imagery\, art-based expression\, and somatic practices\, all while connecting with peers in the healing presence of community and nature. This retreat offers a chance to pause\, reflect\, and honor the vital work you do\, releasing the toll of vicarious trauma\, fostering resilience\, self-care\, and collective support in a nurturing\, uplifting environment designed to recharge both heart and spirit.  Lunch and light breakfast snacks will be provided.
