DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center: \nOCVJC offers free cross-disciplinary victims’ rights training via live interactive webinars. These trainings focus on new rights under House Bill 343 and Senate Bill 16\, which became effective in 2023\, as well as recent case law\, and serve to provide the education and tools necessary to help protect victims’ rights at each stage of the criminal justice process and provide guidance on when to refer crime victims to Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center to request free legal assistance. \nThis training is offered by the Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center.
