DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Ohio Domestic Violence Network: \nParticipants and presenters will explore the national affordable housing crisis and its specific impact on Ohio\, highlighting how domestic violence programs can respond through survivor-centered housing strategies. This virtual training covers innovative approaches such as DV Housing First\, rapid rehousing (RRH)\, flexible funding\, direct cash assistance\, affordable housing development\, and landlord engagement. Participants will learn how these interventions support survivors in maintaining or obtaining safe\, stable housing and promote healing through trauma-informed practices. \nRegistration ends July 3rd.  \nCost: Free for members; $50 for non-members \nThis training is offered by the Ohio Domestic Violence Network. Learn what you need to know about working with male survivors in this eye-opening training. Understand how the layers of trauma and bias for specific types of crime are stigmatized for men/boys and common misunderstandings.
