Since 1978, OVWA has been a leader in advancing excellence in crime victim services, offering professional educational opportunities, technical assistance, best practices, and legislative advocacy. We believe that collaborative efforts with service partners of all disciplines is necessary to achieve effective, ethical, and empowering services for all victims and survivors of crime.

Our membership is comprised of over 670 Ohio advocates and allied professionals of all disciplines, backgrounds, and specialties! As we continue our work, we are proud to represent each and every member in our efforts at local, state, and national levels.
