NOVA’s Career Development Fair is an opportunity for students entering the workforce, professionals interested in a career change, and advocates looking for professional growth. Gain in-depth knowledge about the field of victim advocacy and crisis response, understand the variety of positions and organizations in which advocates serve, and build connections with hiring organizations! Through discussion-based webinars and presentations, a diverse group of agency partners will provide participants with information about current services and how aspiring advocates and crisis responders can enter into this fulfilling career.
