Crime Victims’ Rights in Ohio Post House Bill 343 (1.5 hr. training)

Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center offers monthly free cross-disciplinary victims’ rights training throughout Ohio and via live interactive webinars. These trainings focus on new rights under House Bill 343 and Senate Bill 16, which became effective in 2023, and serve to provide the education and  tools necessary to help protect victims’ rights at each stage of the criminal justice process and  provide guidance on when to refer crime victims to Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center to request free legal assistance.

This FREE 1.5 hour training is offered once a month, May-November (excluding August).
