Equity in Victim Services Panel Series

OCVJC is honored to partner with RaShya Ghee and other community partners and leaders for a 10-week discussion on equity within victim services. RaShya is a fierce attorney and racial equity expert who has created a specialized curriculum on racial equity and justice throughout the country. OCVJC recognizes and acknowledges that victims within oppressed and marginalized communities are victimized at statistically higher rates. Yet, these victims often do not find justice and healing within the criminal justice system. OCVJC has been working to better serve minorities in underserved communities by expanding direct outreach and services to communities of color.
