ODVN – Foundations of Trauma-Informed Care for Domestic Violence Advocates

This interactive training will introduce the foundational principles of trauma-informed care and explore their application to advocacy with survivors of intimate relationship violence. Through discussion, examples, reflection, and practical application, participants consider the “dos and don’ts” of everyday interactions and identify ways to avoid unintentionally replicating dynamics of control or powerlessness.

Cost: Free for ODVN members; $25 for non-members
