Developing Organizational DEI Practices: Building and Enhancing Your Skills Sets

ODVN invites domestic violence programs and allied professionals to this free, virtual training opportunity. In this training, participants will learn from thought leaders and speakers at the national and state levels as they explore the changing dynamics of DEI and offer practical solutions. This training includes a keynote presenter and panel of experts that will provide practice strategies and skills to implement DEI principles within programming. This training will focus on the common challenges that domestic violence organizations face when integrating DEI into their missions, strategies for upholding DEI principles within services, and ways to build a more inclusive and diverse staff.

This training is designed for new and seasoned advocates, as well as leadership staff.
